Privacy Policy for Daily Scripture

Enclave Gaming ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Daily Scripture, our Android scripture-reading application.

Information We Collect

Daily Scripture does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information.

Enclave Gaming does not operate a user-account database for Daily Scripture and does not collect your scripture-reading history.

Your scripture-reading activity, app preferences, theme settings, and similar application settings are stored locally on your device.

Daily Scripture does use third-party services provided by Google that may collect or process certain information as described below.

Google Mobile Ads

Daily Scripture may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

When advertisements are enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information with Google and its advertising services, including:

• Approximate location inferred from an IP address

• App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad interactions

• Diagnostic and performance information

• Device or other identifiers

This information may be used for:

• Advertising or marketing

• Analytics

• Fraud prevention, security, and compliance

Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

Daily Scripture does not use this advertising information to create an Enclave Gaming user profile or associate your scripture-reading activity with an Enclave Gaming account.

Age-Appropriate Advertising

Daily Scripture is intended for a general audience that may include children.

To support age-appropriate advertising and comply with Google Play Families requirements, Daily Scripture may ask users to select an age range before advertisements are enabled.

The app stores only a general age category locally on the device. Daily Scripture does not request or store a user's date of birth as part of this process, and the selected age category is not sent to an Enclave Gaming server.

Daily Scripture does not initialize or request advertisements until an age category has been selected.

For users treated as children, Daily Scripture configures Google Mobile Ads for child-directed treatment. Personalized advertising and remarketing are disabled, advertising content is restricted, and the Android Advertising ID is not transmitted through child-directed ad requests.

For users treated as teens, Daily Scripture applies Google's age-appropriate advertising protections, including restrictions on personalized advertising.

Adult users may receive advertising according to applicable privacy choices, consent requirements, and Google advertising settings.

Privacy and Consent Choices

Daily Scripture uses Google's User Messaging Platform where required to present privacy choices or consent options.

Users who are identified as under the applicable age of consent are handled using Google's under-age-of-consent treatment and are not presented with adult consent flows where those flows are not appropriate.

Where required, users can access privacy options from within the app.

Purchases

Daily Scripture may offer an optional purchase through Google Play that removes advertisements.

Google Play processes payments and payment credentials. Enclave Gaming does not receive or store your full payment card number or banking information.

Daily Scripture accesses Google Play purchase information to determine whether the ad-free upgrade has been purchased. This purchase information is used for app functionality.

A local setting indicating whether the ad-free upgrade is active may be stored on your device.

Google Play Billing

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Daily Scripture does not operate its own payment-processing system.

Local Data

Your scripture-reading activity, application preferences, selected age category, theme settings, and similar local information remain on your device.

Local application data may generally be removed by clearing Daily Scripture's app data or uninstalling the application.

Because Daily Scripture does not maintain user accounts or an Enclave Gaming cloud database containing your scripture-reading activity, Enclave Gaming generally does not possess reading-history data associated with individual users.

Children's Privacy

Daily Scripture may be used by children and is configured to follow the Google Play Families Policy.

We do not knowingly ask children to provide their name, email address, phone number, precise location, or other direct contact information through Daily Scripture.

Advertising shown to users treated as children is configured for age-appropriate treatment. Personalized advertising and remarketing are disabled for those users, and advertising identifiers restricted by the Google Play Families Policy are not intentionally transmitted through child-directed advertising requests.

Daily Scripture does not transmit children's scripture-reading history to Enclave Gaming.

Data Sharing

Enclave Gaming does not sell Daily Scripture users' personal information.

Certain information described in this policy may be collected and shared through Google Mobile Ads for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

Purchase information is processed through Google Play for the purpose of providing the optional ad-free feature.

Data Security

Information transmitted through supported Google services is sent using encrypted connections where provided by those services.

Most Daily Scripture application data, including scripture-reading activity and preferences, is stored locally on the user's device rather than on Enclave Gaming servers.

Third-Party Services

Daily Scripture uses services provided by Google, which may include:

• Google Play Services

• Google Play Billing

• Google Mobile Ads

• Google User Messaging Platform

Information processed by Google is also subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Daily Scripture's features, third-party services, legal requirements, or data practices change.

Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
